Step 2: Upload this video to a free AI analysis tool such as Google Lens or a basic video analysis app that tracks motion. Step 3: Review whatever metrics the tool provides, such as speed, consistency, or form repetition, and compare two recordings to see how quantitative feedback differs from your own subjective impression.
